Winning the 1st Richter International Piano Competition in  Moscow in 2005, Eldar Nebolsin, born in Tashkent,  Uzbekistan, could already boast a big international career  that took him to the world's most prestigious venues and best  orchestras. Mr Nebolsin has made recordings for Decca (solo  works as well as concertos with Vladimir Ashkenazy  conducting) and ArteNova. Since December 2006 he recorded  exclusively for Naxos, his first CD including Rachmaninoff's  complete Preludes, followed in 2008 by the Liszt Piano  Concertos, earning a top place in Naxos' bestseller list for six consecutive months. New releases included a Schubert solo album and Chopins' complete works for piano and orchestra.
