In 2013 the Quatuor Arod started off and already in 2015 they won the 1st prize at the International Chamber Music Competition Carl Nielsen in Copenhagen. In 2014 they got the 1st prize at the FNAPEC Europe Competition and the special ProQuartet-CEMC award. The Arod is now in residence with ProQuartet. The quartet lives in Paris.
In season 2016 they can be heard in Centre de Musique de Chambre and the Auditorium du Louvre in Paris, the Festival "Musique à l'Emperi' and they have their debut concerts in Berlin, Köln and at Musikfest Bremen. This weekend they had a successful debut concert at Bozar in Bruxelles. Quatuor Arod has been invited by festivals such as Verbier, Septembre Musical de Montreux, Menton, Août Musical de Deauville, Quatuor à l'Ouest, Ré Majeure and Quartettissimo in Hungary.
Quatuor Arod studies with Jean Sulem (Quatuor Rosamonde) they are quartet in residence with the Queen Elisabeth Music Chapel in Bruxelles since September 2014 where they study with the Artemis Quartet.
